The latest new hotspot in Takapuna has been completed. This commercial building was completely stripped and modernised for several retail and restaurant tenants to move in. This project includes strengthening the foundations of this building, splitting the tenancies, reframing the shape, installing new windows and much more. Bespoke detailing inside and out. A custom lift was installed for the restaurant on the top level.
The ever popular owners of Dr Rudi’s have completed an excellent restaurant fit out on the top level. Complimenting the work completed by us on the exterior façade.
