This project includes strengthening the foundations of this building, splitting the tenancies, reframing the shape, installing new windows and much more.

Out with the old and in with the new, this commercial building was given a new lease of life. The old cladding was removed, new steel joinery was installed. The building was split into several offices and separated from the Bruce Mason Theatre. This sexy new building is pillar of Takapuna.

This top of the line office Fit out was designed for perfection. With a designer kitchen, large office space, meeting rooms, outdoor space and designer features.

This beautiful heritage building needed to be Earthquake Strengthen. The team worked to stabilise the foundations, install new steel structures and renovate the old building, while still keeping the heritage of the building. Hype Builders worked closely with key structural engineers and architects to drill the foundations and uphold its structure for futures to come.

This large commercial building was stripped of its original cladding, replaced with new cladding. Tenancy walls were divided and split. The building transformed from 1970’s to the 21st century. The team worked on several areas of this building to transform the tenancy areas, which included a real-estate office, an Art gallery, a large office, and clothing store.
