This lovely seaside apartment block is currently under a major transformation, from new cladding, to installing new triple glazed windows, waterproofing, installing new steel structures and much more. The team at Hype Builders are working relentless to modernise the external façade and bring this building up to code.

This 1992 house has been completely reframed from the inside out and the old leaky cladding has been removed. During this job, the entire house had to be reconstructed due to the current condition and the owners received a brand-new house. Internal changes included a new kitchen, new bathrooms, reframing new rooms, new balconies, and much more.

This stunning house, with magnificent views of the harbour bridge was completely re-cladded with Abodo, asbestos was removed and the internal lower floor was reframed. The lower bathroom was also updated and modernised. Using the Abodo cladding, the team created bespoke features and screens to compliment the new Abodo cladding on the house.

This Minnehaha property had an external makeover to compliment the beautiful location near the beach. Bespoke cedar detailing was the key to the project.
